We all get upset when irresponsible citizens file frivolous lawsuits, aided and abetted by attorneys which have no ethics, morals or common sense, but what can it mean to our future, our society and our culture when judges themselves flaunt the "justice" system in ways that can only be described as absurd.

If there was ever any doubt about lawyers, judges and even legislators using the legal system as their personal playground and personal lottery... well you be the judge.
